Job Responsibilities
- Develops and implements targeted growth plans by exploring diverse, profitable opportunities and leveraging value-based selling techniques to address varying customer needs, while fostering strong and lasting customer relationships to surpass set objectives.
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities through effective management and utilization of our CRM system.
- Recognizes and addresses diverse customer needs, offering tailored solutions aligned with Divisions’ goals and values.
- Leads and coordinates internal and external meetings and event sessions with stakeholders and partners, promoting current solutions and innovations by showcasing the diverse applications and benefits of our offerings to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support and communication, managing indirect customer relations and prioritizing customer satisfaction to drive sales growth.
- Works closely with global product management, supply chain, and R&D departments to ensure transparent and timely communication with partners, respecting different cultural and organizational practices.
- Monitors competitors, tracks market shifts, and reports on technological trends, providing insights to ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to strategy development.
- Establishes significant connections with key decision-makers at all levels of customer organizations.
Qualifications
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within middle-structured international environments, operating in manufacturing fields. Experience in the hydraulics industry is a plus.
- Experience managing the commercial aspects of a network of structured distributors, particularly in the French market, is advantageous.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex and international settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-level engagement and build relationships; a good team player.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
- Willingness to travel.
- Curious, self-motivated, and proactive.
