Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Valbonne (5 days at the office).

As an Account Manager for the France Region at Converge, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored supply chain solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include account management, business development, market analysis, and collaborating with the global team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and Business Development

  • Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in French and English and Spanish is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus

  • Readiness for business travel across the designated territory
