Une entreprise innovante et primée recherche un Account Manager pour le secteur privé. Vous serez responsable de l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et de la gestion de relations à long terme, tout en contribuant à la croissance des revenus de Cloud et Services. Avec une forte orientation client, vous utiliserez vos compétences en négociation pour instaurer des relations solides et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ ans d'expérience en ventes de solutions IT B2B.
  • Capacité à traduire les besoins techniques en langage commercial.
  • Expérience avérée dans la gestion du processus de vente de bout en bout.

Responsabilités

  • Acquérir et maintenir des relations de confiance avec de nouveaux clients.
  • Gérer et rapporter sur un pipeline d'opportunités pour atteindre les objectifs trimestriels.

Location : Paris, France | Reports to : Sales Director | Visa Requirements : Valid working visa for France | Language requirements : Fluent / professional French and English , written and verbal

As our new Account Manager for the Private Sector , you will be acquiring new customers within this sector, contributing to our growth in gross profit as well as our Cloud and Services revenue.

Other responsibilities will include :

  • Acquiring, building and maintaining trusted and long-term relationships with primarily new clients
  • Building solutions and services to fulfill our client need s and create value
  • Managing and reporting on a pipeline of opportunities to cover quarterly target, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM
  • Initiating sales-promoting activities with the respective business owners in Crayon, while working closely with other departments
  • Working closely with the pre-sales / product and cloud consultants' team, publishers, and partners
  • 5+ years of experience with IT solutions sales B2B
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end sales processes in the Private Sector , from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals

About You :

  • Customer oriented, with strong ability to translate technical needs to business language
  • Effective and collaborative working style, with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and communications skills, both written and spoken
