Own and grow national partnerships in multifamily, student housing, and hospitality
Build a book of 15+ strategic accounts in your first year
Architect rebate structures and forecasting tools that drive long-term revenue
Be the go-to expert for key clients—and the internal voice that drives solutions
Lead with data, empathy, and clarity to close complex, high-value deals
You’ve turned major ownership groups into loyal partners
You’ve built a portfolio worth millions in recurring revenue
You’ve helped make Qwikkit the default choice for national refacing projects
You’ve influenced product, strategy, and sales culture through your leadership
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales or national account management
A proven ability to close and scale strategic partnerships
Experience with CRM and forecasting tools (Salesforce a plus)
Confidence, polish, and a track record of making things happen
Experience in multifamily, student housing, or hospitality
A background in OEM or spec-driven product sales
You’ve closed 6- to 7-figure deals and managed complex accounts
Location:Houston, Texas, with travel
