Your role will be highly dynamic and will encompass a wide range of responsibilities:

  • Ensure the satisfaction of signed clients by working closely with the Operations team

  • Expand our partner network

  • Turn existing clients into ambassadors to support outreach to new prospects
  • Coordinate with the broader Business Development team to support the achievement of commercial growth objectives
This Is About You, Not Us :
  • Master’s degree (Bachelor +5) from a top Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Customer Success Management within a fast-growing B2B scale-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to concisely present progress updates and potential blockers, and to clearly articulate our value proposition to clients from a commercial standpoint
  • Strong organizational skills with a clear sense of priorities
  • You have critical thinking and you assess situations and data efficiently, creatively and accurately
  • Pragmatic and solution-oriented, able to avoid unnecessary detail and quickly identify simple, effective solutions to problems
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, with the autonomy and independence required to make important decisions quickly
  • Rigorous and methodical, capable of analyzing the performance of initiatives and drawing clear, actionable conclusions
  • Highly comfortable with both written and spoken communication, with a strong affinity for client interaction
  • Excellent stress management skills, particularly in high-pressure or tense client situations
  • Strong commercial acumen, combined with creativity and a taste for challenge, enabling the proposal of innovative and relevant solutions to clients
  • Ability to understand our Business Plan and key growth and profitability drivers as an investment-backed company, as well as to grasp retailers’ business models in order to propose solutions tailored to their needs
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for sustainable mobility, with the ambition to help capture a rapidly growing market through a disruptive value proposition. Experience in electric mobility is a plus; if not, we will support your ramp-up
  • Fluency in English is required

The Kind of Energy We’re Looking For:

  • We’re not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We’re into people who make things happen.
  • You lead and listen. Whether you’re steering the ship or rowing alongside the crew, you bring others with you and keep communication wide open.
  • You own your stuff. You don’t wait for instructions: you see an opportunity, grab it, and make it better than anyone expected.
  • You’ve got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn’t just cool, it’s core. You care about doing work that leaves the world a little better than you found it.
  • You balance hustle with humanity. You love the buzz of in-person teamwork, but you also know when to recharge (pun totally intended).
  • You grow on purpose. You’re hungry to learn, to stretch, and to build something meaningful, not just rack up LinkedIn bullet points.
How you’ll be Powered up?
  • Private health insurance coverage
  • Gym membership to help you stay active
  • Flexible working hours: you own your time
  • Annual offsite where we celebrate the year’s achievements and spend quality time together (last year we went to Algarve, Portugal!)

  • English Training as English is our language used to connect with all markets and teams
  • Free office snacks and unlimited coffee & Meal allowance for every worked day
  • 50% Reimbursement of navigo
  • Special discounts for charging your electric vehicle
Our Promise To You
