As an Account Manager at MALHERBE PARIS, you will be an integral part of a retail design business unit, reporting to the Creative Director. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of designers, interior architects, 3D artists, and art directors, you will manage and develop key accounts in the cosmetics sector. This role requires a thoughtful approach to balancing strategic oversight, commercial management, and creative partnership to deliver solutions aligned with our clients’ needs and ambitions.

Role requirements
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Receive briefs for new projects, understand brand challenges and objectives, draft meeting minutes, establish strong client relationships, and manage projects in alignment with timelines, creative direction, and technical requirements. Ensure proper financial management of accounts, track progress, oversee signed quotes and purchase orders.
  • CLIENT RELATIONSHIP: Coordinate with creative teams from project briefing to final delivery. Ensure mastery of services, adherence to deadlines, and high-quality project execution.
  • COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability, ensuring budget compliance. Provide commercial reporting.
  • UPSELLING: Implement strategies to drive upselling, analyze new client needs.
