We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our Client Services team in Paris.

Please note, this is a 3-month Fixed Term Contract.

Role

  • Manage several major global accounts and develop both existing and new client relationships.
  • Develop innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns.
  • Build client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meet or exceed their expectations; understand their brand(s) and customers.
  • Maximise revenue from clients.
  • Present to clients and attend client meetings, partner meetings, and events.
  • Monitor and understand your clients’ markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity.
  • Manage client reviews with senior clients.
  • Manage a team to deliver effective performance from all levels.
  • Create project briefs; brief and work with team members to develop ideas; present and sell these ideas to clients.
  • Create project plans and specifications.
  • Produce accurate cost estimates; ensure they are signed off by the client before work proceeds.
  • Ensure campaigns stay within agreed budgets; obtain client approval for all expenditures.
  • Ensure all billing is completed on time.
  • Deliver campaigns efficiently, on time, and within budget, maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborate with partner agencies as part of wider campaigns.
  • Work with Finance to ensure timely invoice payments.
  • Keep timesheets and expense claims up to date.
  • Oversee the quality of final deliverables on managed projects.
  • Continuously develop innovative ideas for client campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their brands, categories, and customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
  • Keep clients informed with timely reports accessible to the team.
  • Assist in creating project briefs; collaborate with the team to develop strategies or campaign tactics; present these to clients.
  • Work with Project Managers to develop project plans and specifications.
  • Provide accurate cost estimates; obtain sign-off from Account Directors and clients before proceeding.
  • Ensure timely billing and budget adherence.
  • Assist with client reviews involving senior clients.
  • Oversee the overall quality of project deliverables.
  • Ensure Account and Creative Directors sign off on briefs and attend key meetings.
  • Maintain a central file of essential client information.
  • Possess strong knowledge of the social media market, specifically in France.
  • Have business-level proficiency in French and English.
