Are you a results-driven commercial professional with a passion for aviation? Join a fast-growing international business delivering advanced training and engineering services to airlines and aviation organizations across the globe.

In this Paris-based role, you’ll manage key client relationships, develop new business opportunities, and contribute to international sales strategy. You’ll represent the company at global events, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and help shape long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities to help achieve commercial objectives.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of B2B commercial strategies and targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Proactively engaging with corporate clients to gather training needs and drive sales growth.
  • Initiating and managing contact with potential customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Creating and delivering tailored commercial proposals, presentations, tender applications, and product documentation.
  • Organizing and attending client meetings to professionally represent the company and its offerings.
  • Drafting, sending, and negotiating commercial contracts with clients and partners.
  • Managing customer queries, concerns, and feedback with a client-focused approach.
  • Conducting research to identify new prospects and generate qualified leads.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records and refining sales processes using CRM and other software tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B sales (aviation a strong plus)
  • Fluent in English (French or another language is a bonus)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Commercial mindset with a proactive approach

The Package

  • Basic salary of €45,000 - €55,000
  • On target earnings of €5,000 - €10,000
