Position Overview:
Develop and implement targeted growth plans by exploring diverse, profitable opportunities and leveraging value-based selling techniques to meet customer needs. Foster strong customer relationships to surpass objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities using our CRM system.
- Recognize and address customer needs with tailored solutions aligned with company goals.
- Lead and coordinate meetings and events with stakeholders, promoting solutions and innovations to maximize market penetration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and communication, managing indirect customer relations and prioritizing satisfaction.
- Work with global product management, supply chain, and R&D to ensure transparent communication with partners, respecting cultural practices.
- Monitor competitors, track market shifts, and report technological trends to inform strategy development.
- Establish connections with key decision-makers across customer organizations.
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within international manufacturing environments; hydraulics industry experience is a plus.
- Experience managing commercial relationships with structured distributors, especially in the French market.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, international settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills, influencing high-level engagement, and team-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel.
- Curious, self-motivated, and proactive.
