This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Smartness. We are currently looking for an Account Executive UK/I in Europe.

Join a fast-paced, top-performing sales team helping small and medium-sized hospitality businesses grow revenue and fight back against large hotel chains. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—managing outbound prospecting, high-impact product demos, and closing deals across the UK and Ireland. Accountabilities:

  • Manage and close a steady flow of high-quality inbound and outbound leads across the UK and Ireland.
  • Deliver compelling demos and value-driven sales pitches to SMB accommodation providers.
  • Participate in major trade shows and hospitality events across Europe (1-2 times per year).
  • Execute outbound strategies including cold calling, cold emailing, and personalized outreach.
  • Maintain a clean, up-to-date CRM and manage your pipeline with a data-driven mindset.
  • Meet and exceed monthly ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets through consultative selling.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to improve processes, share insights, and contribute to team success.
  • Native or C2-level English fluency; experience selling into the UK and Ireland markets is essential.
  • 3–5 years of successful experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and ability to analyze your performance metrics to optimize results.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent CRM hygiene and pipeline management skills.
  • Team player with a winning mentality—motivated not only to achieve personal goals but to support peers.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage SMB prospects in short, high-intensity sales cycles.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, including through coaching, self-study, and team training.
  • Comfortable in a hybrid work environment and open to occasional in-person sessions across Europe.
