Gorgias is seeking a Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team. In this full-time role, you will empower ecommerce merchants to enhance their customer support and sales experience. Your responsibilities include leading sales calls, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive results. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of tech sales experience, is bilingual in English and French, and possesses a strong understanding of CRM tools. What You'll Do

At Gorgias, you'll be part of a dynamic and fast-growing sales team helping ecommerce businesses elevate their customer support experience and boost sales. Your mission is to empower merchants to simplify and automate their support across multiple channels while creating lasting customer relationships. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Your Day-to-Day

  • Own the Sales Journey: Lead discovery, demo, and pricing calls, showcasing Gorgias's capabilities tailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Engage with Inbound Leads: Benefit from a well-developed lead generation team; your role will focus on guiding prospects through the buying journey.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor by answering questions and overcoming objections to keep deals progressing smoothly.
  • Drive Results Quickly: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on closing deals efficiently while providing an exceptional experience.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain Pipeline Hygiene: Follow up with prospects after demos, nurture relationships, and set clear next steps.

Who You Are

  • Sales Experience: 1 year in tech sales with a passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French.
  • CRM Expertise: Understanding of CRM tools for data integrity and accurate forecasting.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS or working with ecommerce clients.
  • Knowledge of API and HTTP integrations.
  • Familiarity with MEDPICC methodology.
  • Prior experience with customer support software.
