Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient hunter sales person with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to grow our market unit.

This role involves hunting for net new sales in targeted strategic accounts, building pipeline, creating, and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative, value-based selling approach, you will promote IFS's award-winning products and leverage our broader portfolio to bring value to customers. Your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise will help identify and qualify deals with both new and existing clients.

The position is within a high-growth market unit undergoing transformational growth through organic and inorganic means. We challenge and disrupt industry standards in the global enterprise software space.

Our go-to-market strategy targets specific geographical regions and industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing sales execution skills
  • Developing and executing Go-To-Market strategies for specific industries
  • Maintaining Territory and Account Plans
  • Managing the entire sales process from demand generation to closing
  • Collaborating with partners to penetrate accounts and accelerate deal cycles
  • Owning annual sales targets and quarterly delivery
  • Building pipeline and demand generation activities
  • Collaborating with sales leadership and global teams
  • Maintaining CRM and accurate sales reporting

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in enterprise software sales within assigned markets and industries
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data hygiene
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
