Une entreprise innovante de solutions financières recherche un Account Executive Inbound pour soutenir les commerçants en France et en Espagne. Vous gérerez le cycle de vente complet pour des commerçants ayant un chiffre d'affaires inférieur à 10M€. Le candidat idéal doit avoir 1-2 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions similaires et maîtriser le français ainsi que l'espagnol et l'anglais. Ce poste offre un environnement dynamique au sein d'une entreprise leader dans le secteur.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience en vente (Sales Development, Inside Sales, etc.)
  • Excellentes compétences en communication
  • Maîtrise du cycle de vente complet

  • Traiter tous les leads entrants via différentes sources
  • Organiser des réunions d'introduction avec les commerçants
  • Gérer le cycle de vente de qualification à la première vente

About the job

Since the start of Alma’s business activities in 2019, its growth has been exponential: every month, hundreds of new merchants adopt our solutions and thousands of new customers use Alma for the first time.

As of today, Alma works with 21000+ merchants in 10 different countries in Europe but acquiring new merchants remains always a major challenge for us. As an Account Executive Inbound, you will support all merchants who express their wish to install Alma’s solutions and discover their own challenges. In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle of a market leader and be at the heart of Alma's sales machine.

About The Mission

As an Account Executive Inbound working in the SMB sector and in France and Spain, your key responsibilities are:

  • Process all incoming leads via multiple lead generation sources (e.g. forms, events, referrals, partnerships) for merchants with annual sales of less than 10M€
  • Organise introduction meeting with merchants to qualify leads
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to the merchant’s first sale
  • Optimise Alma take rate of activated merchants
  • Organise and track sales activities via CRM

About You

You will be a good fit for the role if you have:

  • Experience: you have between 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar functions (e.g. Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Inside Sales, Inbound Account Executive)
  • Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in Spanish and English are mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commercial skills: you are at ease in managing the entire sales cycle, in negotiation & closing discussions
