Wooclap is a cutting-edge engagement platform trusted by leading educational institutions such as Polytechnique HEC and Université Paris Cité, as well as major companies like Dior, Total, and Vinci.

We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic Sales team and drive our growth. This is where you come in.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process for a portfolio of prospects. As a trusted partner, you'll guide customers from the initial introduction to the final contract signature. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, assisting prospects in testing and implementing Wooclap, providing platform training, negotiating contracts, and more.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Own the sales process from A to Z for your portfolio of prospects.
  2. Be the face of Wooclap at events, conferences, or relevant networks to ensure high visibility in the market.
  3. Develop a strategic approach to identify and reach key stakeholders (Digital Learning Managers, Learning Technologists, L&D Directors, etc.) within your target markets.
  4. Pitch Wooclap and perform demos to new prospects.
  5. Understand the needs of your prospects to identify business opportunities and help them achieve their goals with Wooclap.
  6. Conduct full negotiations with prospects on all aspects of their projects (financial, legal, technical, etc.).
  7. Project management:
  8. Follow up on projects weekly to assist organizations testing Wooclap in maximizing platform benefits.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving obstacles faced by prospects.
  10. Collaborate with other teams (Marketing, Product, Tech, etc.) to meet prospect expectations.
  11. Engage in cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and business intelligence activities.
  12. Contribute to defining the customer experience, including value proposition, product, pricing, and offers, to establish market leadership.
  13. Participate in optimizing existing processes to increase team efficiency.
  14. Develop expertise in our market to understand and anticipate customer needs, staying updated with EdTech news, trends, and innovations.
