A food service technology company in Paris seeks a Sales Representative to lead the full sales cycle in the mid-market Food & Beverage sector. Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle sales and must be bilingual in English and French. The role involves generating new business, collaborating across teams, and contributing to sales strategies in a fast-growing market.

What you’ll do
  • Own the SME to Mid-Market sales cycle: From outbound calls to closing deals, you will own the full-cycle sales process and be in control of your success.
  • Generate new business across the mid-market Food & Beverage ecosystem
  • Initiate discussions and build interest with potential partners for the business in restaurant groups, caterers, industrial food producers.
  • Arrange meetings with potential partners and set the sales cycle up for success.
  • Work cross-functionally with construction, design, and Ops to craft deal structures and timelines
  • Own your pipeline in Salesforce and forecast accurately, with attention to deal health, next steps, and blockers
  • Contribute to our Mid-Market sales motion by sharing best practices, refining pitch decks, and identifying vertical-specific opportunities
What we’re looking for
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle sales in a direct quota-carrying role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field. Being bilingual in English and French is a must.
  • Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the restaurant industry, business operations, and the challenges faced by regional players (advantageous but not essential)
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Consultative selling skills: You are intellectually curious and have exceptional closing skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a strong focus on data-driven solutions and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
  • Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
  • Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customer’s success.
