Role Description : Account Engineer (Fully Remote)

We are looking for a customer-focused Account Engineer to join our team. You’ll act as a technical advisor and solution partner to our clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, optimal product usage, and long-term satisfaction. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand clients’ technical needs and provide tailored product solutions
  • Perform testing on newly deployed account setups to validate technical accuracy
  • Assist in pre-sales technical discussions and post-sales implementations
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure client feedback is addressed
  • Conduct technical trainings, demos, and onboarding sessions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide proactive support
  • Build long-term relationships that lead to product adoption and retention

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support, solutions engineering, or account engineering role
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Solid understanding of software systems, APIs, and integration workflows
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or ticketing systems
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and with cross-functional teams
