Position Details

Job title : Account Coordinator Digital Services - from planning to live action at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Contract Type : Fixed term (CDD) until July 2026

Location : Boulogne – Billancourt, Paris, hybrid working arrangement with the opportunity to travel to Dallas, USA in summer 2026!

About the Role

Before the Tournament :

• Understand clients’ editorial and technical needs and promote products and services
• Help onboard media partners and define tailored digital service packages
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to shape realistic delivery plans
• Create clear documentation and timelines

During Implementation :

• Act as the project point of contact for media partners
• Keep everyone aligned — from tech teams to editors

During the Tournament :

• Be the go-to person for media partners on the ground
• Monitor live service delivery and troubleshoot when needed
• Support reporting and quality control

What makes a successful candidate?

• 1-2 years’ experience in digital media, account coordination, or live event support
• A solid understanding of digital platforms like websites, apps, streaming tools, or social media
• Interest in technical workflows (APIs, streaming, cloud) — no coding required, just curiosity!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proactive, flexible, and a team player
