A journey from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable!

As an EF Course Leader, you will travel abroad with a group of students during the school holidays. The trips last from two to four weeks, depending on the course and destination. You must be available for students whenever needed. Together, you will participate in various activities, dance at discos, play football, or relax at the beach.

You will work in an international environment, meeting and collaborating with people worldwide. The students are aged 10-17 and study English, Spanish, German, or Korean. While many fun activities and excursions are planned, YOUR leadership will significantly impact the students' experience!

Your key tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Traveling with students to/from destinations (UK, Ireland, Malta, USA, Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany, Korea).
• Collaborating with an international team, reporting to the local manager, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
• Being available 24/7 for students, making quick decisions when necessary.
• Supporting student welfare, ensuring safety, happiness, and integration.
• Assisting with arrivals and departures.
• Promoting activities and encouraging student participation.
• Conducting daily meetings to communicate schedules and upcoming events.
• Leading all group activities, researching options, and planning together with local staff.
• Handling money for passes and excursions.
• Monitoring attendance and maintaining records.
• Participating in staff meetings and duty rotas.
• Enforcing safety rules and the EF behaviour code, reporting issues promptly.
• Working late hours, such as at discos.

Who are we looking for?

• Fluent in French.
• Fluent in the language of the destination country (English, Spanish, German, or Korean).
• Enthusiastic, organized, and a natural leader.
• Responsible, flexible, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about working with dynamic people; experience as a teacher, scout leader, or sports coach is a plus.
• Experience traveling, studying, or living abroad.
• Will attend training before the contract begins.
