Job description

You are:

You will:

  • Assign rooms according to sales contracts, optimizing bed occupation, meals, and transfers
  • Edit occupancy expectations and communicate them to the Village services
  • Prepare arrivals/departures and relay information to all Village services
  • Provide the Front Office with room availability, transfer information, etc.
  • Stimulate local sales, follow up, and control (B&B, meals, transfers)
  • Distribute financial information to the finance department (number of clients, arrivals/departures, local sales)
  • Respond to client comments and specific inquiries
  • Apply Club Med standards and adhere to hygiene and security procedures
  • Assign and train receptionists in their daily tasks
