Missions

1. 販売契約に基づく部屋割りと客室稼働率、食事、移動の最適化
2. 客室稼働率の予測と各業務部門への情報伝達
3. 到着／出発の準備と各業務部門への情報伝達
4. 現地の売上促進活動、フォローアップ、管理業務（宿泊客、B&B、食事、移動）
5. 財務部門への財務情報（顧客数、到着／出発、現地売上など）の伝達
6. お客様のコメントや特別な要望への対応
7. サービス品質、安全衛生およびクラブメッドが定めるプロセスの運用管理
8. 日常業務におけるレセプショニストの育成
