Qualifications

• Plus de 7 ans d'expérience en tant que Scrum Master / Agile Coach.

• Connaissance des exigences réglementaires dans des secteurs hautement réglementés.

Main responsibilities :

• Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles with a strong product-driven mindset.
• Help teams become high-performing, self-managed, taking ownership of their work, aligning with business and user objectives, and continuously improving.
• Promote Lean thinking and continuous improvement based on validated customer needs.
• Coach teams in Lean flow optimization using techniques like Value Stream Mapping to improve efficiency.
• Enhance collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and value.
• Integrate agility into product discovery and delivery, fostering continuous learning and adaptation.
• Facilitate experimentation and scientific thinking, leveraging data-driven learning and problem-solving.
• Develop agility across all levels to sustain long-term transformation and business agility.

About you

Experience :

• Proven experience coaching Product Owners and teams in strategic thinking and product scaling across multiple countries.
• Over 7 years as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in complex environments.
• Experience in domains relevant to data science in Manufacturing and Supply, including regulatory and data privacy considerations.
• Expertise in Lean Flow Optimization.

Soft skills :

• Strong expertise in Agile product management and discovery processes.
• Understanding of product strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, and release planning.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

Experimentation and Data Literacy :

• Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement in data science projects.
• Good understanding of data concepts, statistical analysis, and machine learning basics.

Technical skills :

• Solid expertise in Lean & Agile practices.
• Understanding of technology stacks and best practices for tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Value Stream Mapping and process optimization techniques.

Education :

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
