As a Solution Architect, you will be a dynamic technology leader interested in creating and designing state-of-the-art data platforms and technology stacks to support advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solutions to meet business needs, within requirements, supporting strategic architecture
• Promote the proper usage of standards for processes, applications, and infrastructure environments
• Leverage existing digital products and services, promoting reuse of components
• Create design documents and solution roadmaps illustrating transition states
• Coordinate the delivery of interconnected technology components throughout the solution lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with Business, Technology, and Product stakeholders to contextualize architecture designs
• Contribute to standards for lifecycle maintenance

Experience:

• Experience developing Lean & Agile practices, policies, and procedures
• Proven ability to implement proof of concept projects
• Facilitate design and review sessions considering the big picture
• Assess new technologies and document architecture decisions (ADRs)
• Experience working with multiple teams to align and deliver results
• Self-motivated, proactive, problem-solver, critical thinker

Technical skills:

• Cloud services, especially AWS managed services
• Agile development and DevOps principles
• GIT-based source control and CI/CD practices (GitHub Actions)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Linux, containers, Kubernetes, serverless architectures
• SQL and relational databases (AWS RDS)
• Networking concepts
• Knowledge of messaging solutions (EventBridge, SNS, SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, AWS Redshift) - a plus
• Experience with compliance and cybersecurity standards (e.g., GxP, data privacy, SOX) - a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications - a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or similar
