Accelerator - Digital Scrum Master - All Genders

Remote working: 2 days remote, 3 days on site

Join our Accelerator R&D Team as a Digital Scrum Master to help make it happen. As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a team leader and coach to enable optimal product delivery every sprint.

Main responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor teams in adopting agile principles and behaviors.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, delivery, and outcome-driven decisions.
• Integrate agility into product discovery and hypothesis validation (e.g., Lean UX).
• Utilize data to inform decisions.
• Support collaboration among cross-functional teams (PO, developers, data professionals, UX/UI) and stakeholders.
• Remove impediments to ensure continuous flow and improvement.

Experience:

• Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Track record as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex environments.
• Experience with data science project domains, including industry regulations, data privacy, and relevant metrics.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmaps, backlog management, and release planning.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable fostering a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

Technical skills:

• Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI, and application design & integration.
• Understanding of technology stacks and guiding best practices for tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.

Education:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
