Sanofi recherche un Product Owner (IA) pour piloter des produits intelligents destinés à la Manufacturing et à la Supply Chain, en mode hybride à Lyon. Vous travaillerez avec des filiales internationales et utiliserez des agents IA avancés pour améliorer l'efficacité et la compliance.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience PO confirmée dans l'industrie, une base en Data Science/Engineering, et une expertise des outils IA et des systèmes ERP/MES/QMS. Anglais courant requis.

Qualifications

• 2,5+ années d'expérience en tant que Product Owner dans un environnement Manufacturing/Supply Chain.
• Connaissance technique en Data Science ou Data Engineering est essentielle.
• Expérience avérée dans la construction ou l'exploitation de produits et agents alimentés par l'IA.
• Maîtrise des outils IA modernes et des agents.
• Bonne compréhension des systèmes industriels (ERP, MES, QMS, outils de planification).
• Anglais courant.

Responsabilités

• Définir et conduire la vision produit, le backlog et la roadmap pour Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
• Réaliser des résultats mesurables: efficacité opérationnelle, adoption, ROI.
• Concevoir, déployer et faire évoluer des fonctionnalités et agents IA.
• Intégrer les agents IA dans vos workflows et dans l'équipe POD.
• Prioriser le backlog en fonction de la valeur, des contraintes et des réalités industrielles.
• Travailler avec Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data et AI.

About the role

Sanofi’s ambition is to become a fully AI-powered biopharma, transforming Manufacturing & Supply Chain to improve performance, resilience and patient impact. As a Digital Product Owner , you will own and scale AI-powered products used across global manufacturing sites and supply chain operations. This role requires a senior Product Owner who can build, deploy and actively use AI agents—both within products and in daily Product Ownership practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, backlog and roadmap for Manufacturing & Supply Chain use cases (planning, operations, quality, performance).
• Deliver measurable outcomes: operational efficiency, adoption, service level, quality and ROI.
• Design, deploy and scale AI-powered features and agents (decision-support agents, copilots, optimization agents).
• Integrate AI agents into your own Product Owner workflows and POD team (discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, insights, documentation).
• Lead backlog prioritization with a strong focus on value, constraints and industrial realities.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data and AI teams.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, privacy and AI governance requirements.
• Act as a role model for AI-augmented Product Ownership, coaching other peers and partners.
• Experience 2.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or regulated environments.
• Technical background as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer is fundamental.
• Proven experience building or operating AI-powered products and agents.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools (LLMs, copilots, agent frameworks).
• Strong understanding of industrial systems (ERP, MES, QMS, planning tools).
• Outcome-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable with complexity.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.
• Fluent English.

The salary range for this position is :€64,000.00 - €96,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
