Sanofi in Lyon is seeking an Accelerator Software Engineer (fullstack) to join the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator teams. You will work in a small autonomous agile team, delivering software to production and building a full product with ownership across the lifecycle.

You will apply JavaScript/TypeScript, React, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices to design scalable, secure systems. Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Fullstack development with modern web stacks.
• Experience with cloud-native software and DevOps practices.

About the job

We are looking for a Software Engineer (fullstack) to join the Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator teams. Inside a small autonomous multi-functional agile team, you will help launch new medicines faster to cover unmet needs and deliver them affordably across the globe. This role is ideal for someone who wants a high level of ownership to not only bring software every day to production but also wants to contribute to building a whole product and to solve actual problems.

  • Ensures the scalability, maintainability, and reliability of the systems developed.

  • Collaborates with peers, product managers, and data engineers to ensure timely delivery.

About you

Your background

• 7+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

Technical requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js).
• Proficiency in React or similar frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and modern DevOps principles.
• Experience with microservice architectures, API design, and cloud security best practices.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar) with experience in one or more of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Salary range: €64,000.00 - €85,333

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
