Sanofi, Lyon, recherche un Accelerator Digital Product Owner pour piloter des produits IA destinés à la fabrication et à la chaîne d'approvisionnement à l'échelle mondiale. Vous serez responsable de la vision produit, du backlog et du déploiement d'agents IA (agents de décision et copilotes) en respectant les exigences GxP et la gouvernance IA.

Qualifications

• 2,5+ ans d'expérience en Product Ownership, idéalement en Manufacturing ou Supply Chain.
• Connaissance pratique des IA et des agents IA.
• Expérience dans la création ou l'exploitation de produits IA et d'agents.
• Maîtrise des outils IA modernes (LLMs, copilots, cadres d'agents).
• Bonne compréhension des systèmes industriels (ERP, MES, QMS, outils de planification).

Responsabilités

• Piloter la vision produit, le backlog et la roadmap pour les cas Manufacturing & Supply Chain (planification, opérations, qualité, performance).
• Livrer des résultats mesurables: efficacité opérationnelle, adoption, SLA, qualité et ROI.
• Concevoir, déployer et scaler des fonctionnalités et agents IA (agents de décision, copilotes, agents d'optimisation).
• Intégrer les agents IA dans vos workflows Product Owner et l'équipe POD (découverte, refinement, priorisation, insights).
• Prioriser le backlog avec une forte orientation valeur et contraintes industrielles.
• Travailler étroitement avec Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data et AI.
• Assurer conformité GxP, intégrité des données, confidentialité et gouvernance IA.
• Agir comme modèle pour l'AI-augmented Product Ownership.

As a Digital Product Owner , you will own and scale AI-powered products used across global manufacturing sites and supply chain operations.

This role requires a senior Product Owner who can build, deploy and actively use AI agents -both within products and in daily Product Ownership practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, backlog and roadmap for Manufacturing & Supply Chain use cases (planning, operations, quality, performance).
• Deliver measurable outcomes: operational efficiency, adoption, service level, quality and ROI.
• Design, deploy and scale AI-powered features and agents (decision-support agents, copilots, optimization agents).
• Integrate AI agents into your own Product Owner workflows and POD team (discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, insights, documentation).
• Lead backlog prioritization with a strong focus on value, constraints and industrial realities.
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, IT, Data and AI teams.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, data integrity, privacy and AI governance requirements.
• Act as a role model for AI‑augmented Product Ownership , coaching other peers and partners.

Experience

• 2.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner , ideally in Manufacturing, Supply Chain or regulated environments.
• Technical background as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer is fundamental
• Proven experience building or operating AI-powered products and agents .
• Hands‑on use of modernAItools (LLMs, copilots, agent frameworks).
• Strongstrongunderstandingofindustrialsystems (ERP, MES, QMS, planningtools).

Soft skills

• Outcome‑driven, pragmatic, and comfortable with complexity.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership.

Languages

• Fluent English.
