A global pharmaceutical leader is seeking an Artwork Change Coordinator in Paris. Responsibilities include managing packaging artworks for medicinal products, ensuring quality, and facilitating collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least one year of experience. Strong MS Office skills and proficiency in English are required, while knowledge of additional languages and ERP systems is a plus.

Description du poste

As an Artwork Change Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and changing packaging artworks for medicinal products and ensuring the required quality.
  • Conducting all technical arrangements regarding the preparation of packaging artworks for medicinal products distributed to the markets of the Sandoz group, with group companies, external manufacturers, artwork studios and other suppliers.
  • Cooperation and coordination of the creation of graphic designs between the parties involved.
  • Monitoring the status of current artworks and interact with the parties involved in the process.
  • Maintaining current documentation regarding the creation and change of artworks.
  • Monitoring the timeliness, quantity, and categorization of ordered projects.
  • Ensuring that duties are performed on time.
  • Improving the process of preparing artworks. specialist
  • Improving the process and communication between parties involved in creating artworks.
  • Carrying out other orders of the superior.
Our requirements for the role:
  • Education: Preferred education in management, pharmacy, related graphics/printing.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of the artwork process of printing packaging materials for medicinal products;
  • MS Office (advanced)
  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), other European languages will be an additional advantage.

Nice to have:

  • advanced Excel knowledge and experience with ERP systems will be an additional advantage
