APF ENTREPRISES recherche un Driver-Companion pour le transport de personnes à mobilité réduite à Cagnes-sur-Mer. Le poste est à temps partiel sur 18 heures par semaine, assurant des trajets entre Cagnes-sur-Mer et Nice. Vous devez avoir un permis de conduire B valide et des compétences interpersonnelles pour gérer l'interface avec les usagers et le personnel de santé.

Qualifications

• Permis de conduire B requis depuis au moins 3 ans.
• Expérience dans le transport de personnes à mobilité réduite est un plus.
• Structure adaptable et respect des règles environnementales et de sécurité.

Responsabilités

• Suivre un emploi du temps quotidien fourni par le responsable opérationnel.
• Assurer la sécurité des passagers lors des trajets.
• Remplir des rapports d'activité.

Description du poste

Prioritary applications are for persons holding a RQTH (Recognition of the Quality of Disabled Worker).

The Driver-Companion must ensure the transportation of Reduced Mobility and/or able-bodied persons according to well-defined routes. Holding a driving license (B) for at least 3 years, you will accompany users between their homes and the reception facility using adapted vehicles for P.M.R.

List of main responsibilities (non-exhaustive):

1. Follow a daily schedule provided by the operational manager
2. Take charge of the person respecting safety instructions in the vehicle and during driving
3. Fill out activity reports (intervention requests / incident reports / kilometers, etc.)
4. Maintain the vehicle
5. Report activities to your operational manager
6. Know and respect environmental and safety rules
7. Use transportation-related tools
8. Know the rules to respect during transport, master the traffic code, and drive smoothly and calmly
9. Learn to install and uninstall the person in the vehicle (training provided upon hiring)
10. Possess a sense of welcoming and interpersonal skills, as you are the interface between children, parents, healthcare staff, and the educational establishment
11. Maintain professional discretion
12. Obtain a valid B driving license
13. First aid training is desirable
14. Experience and/or specialization in Transport of Reduced Mobility Persons is a plus

Start date: As soon as possible!

Contract duration: 6 months (renewal and/or transition to permanent)

Contract type: Part-time, 18 hours/week, Monday to Friday

Flexible hours: Expect variations depending on traffic (e.g., morning 7:30-9:30 and afternoon 15:30-17:30)

Trips: 2 round trips from Cagnes-sur-Mer

Nice (drop-off of P.M.R. at 9:00 sharp & pick-up at 16:00)
