Coty is undergoing a 360 transformation on A&CP (Advertising & Consumer Promotion) management, and you will be part of this project. As our A&CP Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and difference in the way Coty handles A&CP investments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our A&CP Project Manager, you are responsible for maintaining financial & forecasts database in partnership with Brand Finance & Planning on Other A&CP, Media & NWM and building investment models between A&CP spend types relevant in the right mix between Brands & Markets.

Within the Commercial Team of Coty Luxury Division, the A&CP Project Manager is part of the Promotion Effectiveness team, responsible for supporting the Promotion Effectiveness Senior Manager in implementing the Shopper Experience roadmap for Coty Luxury portfolio.

Your main focus :

• Act as PMO across key transformation projects regarding Other A&CP
• Build category approach on A&CP
• Support analytics: Forecasts analysis, Retail Panel data analysis
• Focus on Ultra Premium brands & Skincare Other A&CP

The team consists of 4 people (Junior Promotion Efficacy Manager, Senior Promotion Efficacy Manager, Giftsets Manager), and you will work closely with several departments such as Marketing, Markets, Planning, Finance, and Supply. Working in the CCO team is an opportunity to develop a commercial perspective on many new topics, drive change, and be supported by a team of great professionals always happy to help.

• Understand the luxury beauty route to market and trade challenges
• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to work on a large brand portfolio, with excellent skills to interpret complex and massive data and connect the dots. Be concise and bring clarity.
• Have excellent communication skills, especially with slides & emails
• Master the English language at a near-native level & French
