Job summary

AMETEK is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner for an 8-month contract at our Élancourt HQ to actively support the HR strategy and policies in a multicultural setting. You will partner with managers and contribute to HR initiatives across talent development, recruitment, and employee engagement.

You will deliver end-to-end recruitment, develop university partnerships, and support performance and development cycles while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
• Fluent in English with international interaction.
• First successful experience in a generalist HR, Talent Development, Recruitment, or HRBP role.
• Good knowledge of employment law and core HR principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; interest in AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on day-to-day HR matters.
• Contribute to initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR guidance.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Develop relationships with universities, schools, and employment partners.
• Coordinate performance review and career development cycles.
• Support managers in implementing and following up on development plans.
• Gather training needs and contribute to learning plan design and deployment.
• Participate in HR projects such as acquisitions, integrations, and process improvements.
• Design internal communications (newsletters, intranet) and HR campaigns.
• Contribute to programs enhancing employee experience, wellbeing, diversity, and inclusion.
