Responsibilities

• Take part in optimising the manufacturing processes for messenger RNA vaccines encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles.
• Contribute to the physico-chemical characterisation of lipid nanoparticles throughout the process.
• Support the implementation of online analytical methods compatible with different production matrices.
• Collaborate on improving the thermal stability of the finished product during manufacture and storage.
• Contribute to understanding the formation and structure of lipid nanoparticles.
• Support evaluating the performance of lipid nanoparticles during drug administration.
• Suggest formulation strategies suited to production environments.
