L’Oréal is seeking a Europe Cybersecurity Fraud Intern for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will assist in investigating digital fraud scenarios and evaluating their impact across European brand platforms, while coordinating with the CSIRT to address threats swiftly.

You will monitor incident response workflows, document actions clearly, and contribute to risk guidelines for our digital and e-commerce partners. Fluency in French and English is preferred.

A Day in the Life

• Assist with investigating emerging digital fraud scenarios and evaluating their impact across European brand platforms.
• Support coordination between business teams and the CSIRT (Computer Security Incident Response Team) to address fraud threats swiftly.
• Help monitor incident response workflows, ensuring structured documentation and clear action plans for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to building operational guidelines and risk awareness materials for digital and e-commerce partners.
• Participate in post-incident reviews to identify root causes and recommend preventive controls.

• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, digital fraud patterns, and risk-oriented problem-solving.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to connect technical experts and business interlocutors clearly.
• Analytical Rigour: Methodical approach to diagnosing anomalies, with experience drawn from academic research, audit courses, or red team competitions.
• Agility & Ambiguity: Comfort navigating evolving situations and applying structured thinking to complex fraud cases.
• Operational Communication: Professional working proficiency in both French and English to align transversal European teams.
