Job summary
Le groupe L'Oréal propose un stage de 6 mois en Communication Corporate et Internal au sein de son équipe CA&E à Paris, démarrage janvier 2027. Rémunération mensuelle de 1 700 € et possibilités de travail partiel à distance.
Le poste convient à un(e) étudiant(e) en Master souhaitant développer des contenus, des événements et des actions de communication à l’échelle internationale. Vous travaillerez sur la stratégie d’image du groupe, la coordination avec des équipes internationales et le suivi
Qualifications
- Étudiant en Master, en pause ou en fin de stage de fin d'études.
- Maîtrise du français ou de l’anglais selon le besoin du poste.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projets, production de contenus, organisation d’événements et Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Solides capacités d’analyse, synthèse, créativité et autonomie.
Responsibilities
- Contribuer à la définition et au déploiement de nos communications corporate globales, CSR et gestion de crise.
- Participer à la communication interne (online et offline) et suivre les KPIs pour mesurer l’impact.

The Corporate Affairs & Engagement (CA&E) teams are the guarantors of the L'Oréal group's image in a variety of ways.
The missions you may be required to assigned
you will be at the heart of L'Oréal's influence strategy. You will participate in the definition and deployment of our global corporate communications, touching on key issues such as CSR, public affairs and crisis management. Your role? Contribute to protecting and enhancing the Group's reputation, by creating impactful content in collaboration with our international teams and by actively participating in the implementation of our communication actions.

- You are a Master's student, currently on a gap year or completing your end-of-studies internship
- You are fluent in English or French (if required)
- You have strong skills in project management, content production, event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, are creative and resourceful, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship building, presentation), organized, meticulous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.
