Kestra Technologies in Paris is seeking a knowledgeable 401(k) Specialist to manage and administer retirement plans for clients. This role requires a strong understanding of compliance related to 401(k) plans and excellent communication skills to educate employees.

With at least 2 years of experience in retirement plan administration, you will be responsible for tailoring solutions to meet client needs and ensuring accuracy in contributions and distributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in 401(k) plan administration or similar retirement plan experience.
• Strong understanding of ERISA and IRS compliance issues related to 401(k) plans.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
