Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. seeks a Chemical Process Operator I for the 3rd shift in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will set up and operate equipment, maintain batch records, and ensure compliance with cGMPs and SOPs while supporting production goals.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma with 1 year in a cGMP facility or 1 year of pharmaceutical batching experience. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1 year of experience in a cGMP facility.
• Associates degree in Science or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a cGMP facility or 1 year of pharmaceutical liquid batching with HS diploma.
• 2 years batching or lab experience with an Associate/Bachelor degree.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate equipment such as scales, mixers, pumps, CIP units, tanks and material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records including log books, raw material inventories, reconciliations and batch records.
• Weigh chemicals to prepare cleaning solution batches and production batches as designated.
• Perform pH adjustments and transfers of finished batches to processing areas.
• Follow cGMPs and SOPs to ensure quality and integrity of products.
