Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator to run daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.

You will complete hourly quality and production reports, report defects, and help maintain housekeeping and material readiness. The role requires flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, day or night on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule to meet production demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment is beneficial.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput targets.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards at all times.
• Keep production areas clean and organized and support equipment readiness.
• Support shift handoffs and cross-training as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts on rotating 2-2-3 schedule or per demand.
