ICP Group in Tampa, FL is seeking a Chemical Operator/Batchmaker to join our manufacturing team. You will follow batch instructions, measure materials, and operate mixing equipment with strict adherence to safety and quality procedures.

The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include batching, weighing, sampling, and ensuring SOPs are followed while maintaining production schedules.

Qualifications

• Adhere to safety, quality, security, and operations policies.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and monitor multiple processes.

Responsabilités

• Follow daily scheduled activities as directed by supervisor.
• Batch, weigh, and sample materials per SOP.
• Weigh and blend ingredients per SOP specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and equipment.
• Report problems to supervisor and ensure production goals are met.
• Assist with training new personnel on equipment operation.
