Our team is looking for a highly skilled 3DVista Rendering Specialist to join our creative and forward-thinking team in Bali. In this full-time position, you'll play a pivotal role in producing immersive, high-impact 3D visualizations that bring our real estate developments to life — both for investors and end-users.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Use 3DVista (or similar software) to create interactive, high-quality 3D virtual tours of our property developments.
2. Interpret architectural plans and collaborate with our design and marketing teams to translate ideas into visually stunning presentations.
3. Enhance 3D environments with realistic lighting, textures, materials, and animations to ensure photorealistic quality.
4. Optimize models and files for web and mobile performance.
5. Provide creative input on how to elevate our digital content to match luxury real estate standards.
6. Stay current with emerging trends in 3D rendering, interactivity, and immersive design technologies.

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven hands-on experience with 3DVista or similar virtual tour software (Matterport, Pano2VR, etc.).
2. Solid foundation in 3D modeling, architecture visualization, and rendering workflows.
3. Strong understanding of architectural and interior design drawings.
4. Ability to create aesthetic, photorealistic visuals that wow clients and investors.
5. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight timelines.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills — we move fast and collaborate across teams.
7. Bonus: Experience with Three.js, Unity, or WebGL is a plus.
