We.PLM, a fast-growing PLM consulting firm and Dassault Systèmes partner, is seeking a senior solution architect to bridge ambition and technology, translating complex PLM landscapes into future-ready 3DEXPERIENCE solutions. You will leverage the Value Engagement framework, lead workshops, define AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and guide ROI-driven decisions while traveling across Western Europe.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in PLM consulting or solution architecture.
• Led architecture of at least two full lifecycle PLM projects as senior technical authority.
• Fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus.
• Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE certifications or equivalent depth.
• Excellent executive presence with C-level stakeholders.

I’m building a team of experts who structure, challenge and elevate our clients’ PLM strategies.

Your mission

As senior solution architect you are responsible to bridge the gap between ambition and technology reality.

This role demands to translate complex PLM landscapes into future-ready 3DExperience solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage deep knowledge of the 3DExperience platform and the Value Engagement framework to drive PLM strategies
• Understand AS-IS processes, define TO-BE processes, and conduct workshops to enrich or innovate business workflows
• Provide leadership in aligning tools, processes, and user needs to achieve optimal ROI from PLM systems
• Guide clients in making informed decisions about processes, customizations, and long/short-term trade-offs
• Conduct interviews and workshops, create presentations, and document outcomes with high levels of creativity and detail
• Demonstrate expertise in office applications and other relevant software to support PLM initiatives
• Travel to Western Europe as required for customer projects

You might be a great fit if…

• You have a minimum of 10 to 12 years in PLM consulting or solution architecture, including at least 3 years as industry process consutlant
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• You have led the architecture of at least two full-lifecycle PLM implementation projects as the senior technical authority
• You are fluent in English (mandatory); French, German, or another European language is a strong advantage
• You hold Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform certifications, or can demonstrate equivalent depth of expertise
• You bring executive presence and confidence when influencing C-level stakeholders
