We.PLM in France is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to bridge ambition and technology, translating complex PLM landscapes into future-ready 3DExperience solutions.

You will lead AS-IS to TO-BE workshops, define business workflows, and drive ROI by aligning tools, processes and user needs. Frequent travel in Western Europe is required; fluency in English is mandatory, French or other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in PLM consulting or solution architecture.
• Led architecture of at least two full lifecycle PLM implementations as senior technical authority.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Bridge ambition and technology reality by translating PLM landscapes into future-ready 3DExperience solutions.
• Lead AS-IS to TO-BE workshops and define enriched business workflows.
• Provide leadership to align tools, processes and user needs for ROI.
