Outsight’s software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data.

Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world’s leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience. We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports.

Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to help shape customer projects by crafting accurate and realistic 3D environments. Your work will directly support our Sales and Engineering teams in identifying the best LIDAR sensor placement and ensuring successful project outcomes.

The responsibilities include :

Design and model diverse and complex 3D environments: cities, indoor spaces, airports, train stations, and more.

Create props such as vehicles, buildings, people, and objects to bring these environments to life.

Optimize 3D meshes for performance and precision.

Set up simulation scenarios using our in-house tools.

Develop and enhance tools to streamline project execution and deployment.

Profile needed :

Solid experience with 3D modeling software like Blender, Cinema4D, Maya, 3DS Max, or similar.

Familiarity with Unity.

Proficiency in English.

Clear communicator, able to make complex ideas easy to understand.

Meticulous, proactive, and self-organized with a keen eye for detail.

Team player with a learning mindset and ready to collaborate with an international team.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Appreciated skills :

Basic scripting in C# for Unity.

Basic Python knowledge.

Experience with dynamic simulations (crowd movements, vehicle simulations, etc.).
