Job Description

As a 3D Artist, you will join a dedicated art team of 7 people, collaborating closely with other artists and disciplines to bring a large volume of characters and avatars to life in a stylized, mobile-first universe.

Responsibilities
  • Create and integrate 3D low-poly assets (characters,outfits, accessories, etc.) in a cartoon/mobile style.
  • Work on generic avatars and their variations (clothing, accessories, customization options).
  • Ensure artistic continuity by picking up production from an existing workflow.
  • Adapt content to mobile game constraints: optimization, readability, and visual consistency.
  • Learn and adapt quickly to a technical pipeline, ensuring assets fit production requirements and integrate smoothly
  • Collaborate closely with the art and technical teams to guarantee quality and smooth integration of assets.
Qualifications
  • Education or first professional experience in real-time 3D (internships, academic projects, or junior roles).
  • Proficient with Blender (low-poly workflow).
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop; familiarity with Substance Painter/Designer is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine is a strong asset.
  • Artistic sensibility aligned with mobile/cartoon stylized aesthetics
  • Interest in creating avatars and customizable assets.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work within an international, multidisciplinary team.
