About the Role
As a Marketing Manager Assistant, you will provide daily support to the Clinique EMEA team (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and work closely with the Marketing Manager for Skincare & Promotional Marketing. This role will play a key part in developing and executing promotional strategies, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring impactful regional marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Promotional Strategy & Execution
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development and deployment of the EMEA Clinique promotional strategy.
- Lead the execution of the EMEA promotional programming, serving as the primary contact for global teams and affiliates.
- Drive the regional development of promotional programming (e.g., Sets), ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Strategic Marketing Coordination
- Support the Marketing Manager in crafting the Pan-European SMC (Strategic Marketing & Communication) strategy.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans across EMEA markets.
- Analyze marketing performance and provide actionable insights to enhance promotional effectiveness.
About You
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous internship or experience in marketing, ideally within the beauty or luxury industry.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of market trends.
Language:
- Fluent in English (working language); additional languages are a plus.
