By Kilian, a fragrance brand founded by Kilian Hennessy and part of the Estée Lauder Group, is looking for an Product and 360° Marketing Assistant Intern. In this role, you will serve as a key support for theproduct marketing teamon a daily basis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 360° Marketing
  • Assist in designing360° campaigns, including abig idea, go-to-market strategy, and other activation tools.
  • Supportcampaign shoot preparations, including creative research, coordination with local and creative teams at each key stage.
  • Consolidate reports and analyze activations and product launches across markets.
  • Conductcompetitive researchon best practices to formulate activation recommendations aligned with the brand’s DNA.
Product Marketing
  • Conductcompetitive product/price analysis& market research to provide product development recommendations.
  • Managemock-ups and press samplesfor all product and collateral developments.
  • Performquantitative and qualitative product analyses, trackingsell-in and sell-outof new launches and animation results.
  • Follow up onartworks for product developments.
  • Monitor thebrand’s product assortment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Currently enrolled in a Business School / Gap Year Internship.
  • Previous internship experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Proactive, rigorous, and versatile.
  • Strongaesthetic vision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office.
