A creative agency in Paris is seeking a Visual Designer to develop visual assets for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a strong portfolio in graphic design, video editing, and photography, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This role involves creating engaging content for social media and maintaining brand consistency across all projects. A passion for trends in design and pop culture is essential.
Develop visual assets across digital and print platforms including social media, advertisements, brochures, pitch-deck, and in-house branding
Translate brand values into strong visual concepts for campaigns, events, and product launches
Maintain consistency and clarity in design execution following established brand guidelines
Motion and Video Content
Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and paid digital campaigns
Produce motion graphics and basic animations such as transitions, title effects, and visual enhancements
Storyboard, shoot, and edit videos that showcase products, services, events, or brand stories
Photography and Art Direction
Execute lifestyle, interior venue, landscape, and product photography with strong creative direction
Plan and manage small-scale shoots including styling, lighting, and composition
Edit and retouch photos for brand use across digital and print
Campaign and Creative Development
Work closely with the marketing team to interpret briefs and deliver visual solutions
Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and develop campaign visual concepts
Prepare mockups and presentation decks to communicate creative directions
Workflow and Asset Management
Organize and manage creative assets efficiently for easy access and cross-platform use
Meet multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Ensure all visual outputs are aligned with campaign objectives and brand tone
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative or visual content role, preferably in agency, lifestyle, hospitality, or real estate
Strong and diverse portfolio showing skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom
Familiar with Figma or Canva for layout and collaborative design
Skilled in using DSLR or mirrorless cameras for both photography and videography
Able to work independently while maintaining alignment with the marketing team and brand standards
Updated on trends across design, social media, and pop culture
Basic animation or 3D design
Sound design or music syncing for video content
Illustration or digital drawing
