Job Description

2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Salary up to $70K

2nd Shift Supervisor – 2pm-10pm Shift! Lead a team of production workers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with strong communication skills and a solid background in manufacturing operations.

Job Summary:

1. Supervise and train production staff, ensuring team productivity and quality standards are met
2. Monitor equipment, production rates, and safety compliance
3. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce waste
4. Partner with leadership to resolve employee issues and maintain a positive work environment
5. Report shift results and ensure alignment with production goals

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, especially with tubing and bending equipment
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in Quality Control or continuous improvement initiatives
