Description du poste

Job Description

  • Create concept arts that will be used as reference for the production of new in-game 3D content (3D characters, items, environment scenes, missions mood & atmosphere…) with top-notch quality.
  • Create a variety of 2D assets (illustrations/artworks, icons, miniatures) for in-game use (seasons, battle pass key arts, UI dress-up, icons/miniatures for items, visuals for monetization offers) and collaborate with marketing to create promotional assets.
  • Ensure assets meet quality standards, are consistent with existing content, and coordinate design criteria with other teams.
  • Collaborate with other development teams (content, system, UX/UI) to communicate design info effectively and meet game directors' expectations.
  • Establish and share best practices in design, creation, workflows, and tooling to optimize asset quality, performance, and pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience as a concept artist, especially for weapon and military themes.
  • Strong graphic design skills, with a good sense of composition, color, and artistic sensitivity.
  • Versatility in artistic styles, with a focus on realistic and grounded visuals.
  • Proficiency in 2D graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, etc.).
  • Experience in video game development as a concept or 2D artist, preferably in realistic, modern militaristic settings.
  • Knowledge of The Division universe is a plus.
  • Understanding of 3D graphics tools and techniques (Maya, Blender, 3Dsmax, Zbrush, Substance Painter) and real-time game engines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of 3D pipelines for AAA games and real-time constraints is a plus.
  • Creative, receptive to feedback, team-oriented, detail-oriented, organized.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine is a plus.
  • Knowledge of mobile platform development is a plus.
  • Passion for gaming and game creation.
  • Deep understanding of the game industry, especially top RPGs in F2P & GaaS genres.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the game development cycle from conception to live operations.
