Siemens Gamesa in France seeks an experienced Operational Support Manager to join the Construction Solution Center. You will provide 24/7 hands-on technical and operational support across preassembly, installation, and commissioning of wind turbine generators, guiding site teams and ensuring project progress.

You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, support mobilization activities, and help implement new processes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mechanical) or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in wind turbine construction, commissioning, or a related technical support role.
• Experience with rotating shifts or on-call duty schedules is beneficial for 24/7 support.

Responsabilités

• Provide 24/7 operational support for wind turbine generators (WTGs) as a central point of expertise.
• Support site mobilization across preassembly, installation, and commissioning phases.
• Provide technical guidance on turbine interfaces and systems to ensure safe and qualitative construction operations.
• Support deviation investigations and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication between on-site operations and the central CNS organization.
