Vestas France is seeking a Skilled Worker to optimize wind turbine performance across the lifecycle, reporting to the Area Supervisor in Saint Thibault. You will help ensure maximum turbine capacity for our clients, contributing to a de-carbonized future.

You will work in an international, safety‑driven environment with strong customer focus, carrying out preventive and curative maintenance, and collaborating closely with the field team and customers on site.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma or BTS/DUT in Industrial or Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work with knowledge of high voltage.
• Knowledge of technical English and familiarity with Office Pack.
• Willingness to travel; mobility is required for planned trips.
• Good communication and teamwork; strong safety commitment; ability to work at height.

Responsabilités

• Carry out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance and benefit clients.
• Ensure smooth turbine operation and control turbine components at all stages of intervention.
• Carry out preventive maintenance per rules or work instructions and report interventions.
