Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1) and English (business level).
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work 24/7 shift rotations including am/pm/midnight shifts.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
• Support Agoda products (Hotel, Flights, Activities) after required training.
• Handle high volume inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Meet individual and team KPIs and contribute to customer satisfaction goals.
• Identify process improvements and communicate with Team Leaders/Managers.
